The Good.
Who need ABS in a race car anyway, We know how to drive!

The Bad.
The Motorhome I was supposed to rent sold and will not have it
The Good.
The person supposed to buy my truck flaked out, we have tow-vehicle

The Bad
Gonna have to sleep on inflatable mattress and sleeping bag
The Good.
I will be able to have trailer picked up Tuesday and get loaded and ready earlier than planned.

Now I just need lights installed and Windsheild replaced, and car cleaned.

11/30/08

After a crazy day where I got up to do a "unofficial test" at 6:30 am. I thought the diff was broken. Turned out it was parking brake shoes sticking. Note to self, Dont wash car , park it and pull parking brake. We also recruited Scott Webb as "relief driver" A veteran PRO whio I went to SCCA Licensing school with way back.

And then the sign of the day. Look at this shade on hood as we worked on it. No that is not paint and we cound not figure out where shade came from.

FINALLY A FINAL DRIVER!

After a stressful week without a final driver it finally happened today. Ed Gavin from Yuba City became our final driver. Overall car still need a few things. I need a windshield, rewire windshield wire to simple system that bypasses relay. Light bar will be redesigned to a four smaller light setup. Lights are wired on 3 seperate circuits so we will never lose all light. Not yet bult but designed and brackets are in place. More info tomorrow. As you can see on pictures I have a lexan window on passenger side, with two ducts, one to be used as defroster if needed, when to cool off driver if needed. So more to come soon.
Well I guess we need to recognize our sponsors. And for our drivers and crew. Any personal sponsors will have pleanty of room on car.
